Return policy

If for any reason you want to return or exchange your order, we are here to help! Exchange or return is possible within 14 days of receipt of your order.

You can return your item for store credit, another product or a refund via the original payment method. A different policy applies to items purchased on request (see penultimate point).

How do I return my order and what are the conditions?

    • Send an email to within 14 days of receipt of your order with your name, full address, and order number. You will receive an answer from us within 2-3 working days. You will receive further instructions about your order in the email.
    • The returned items must be labeled and returned in original packaging. Returned items that show signs of wear, use, damage or that indicate that they do not match the items originally ordered through our website will not be processed by our team.
    • Returned items must be sent in a separate shipping package to avoid damage to the original item and packaging. Voltairesneakers has the right to refuse your return request if the original packaging is damaged or if you have not returned the item according to our return conditions.
    • Voltairesneakers thoroughly checks all items before shipping. If the item you receive does not match the item you ordered on the website, please contact us immediately!
      Shipping costs incurred during the return of your order (s) will not be reimbursed by Voltairesneakers. The customer will have to ensure that a reliable logistics service provider is selected and that the item is delivered to the Voltaire warehouse.
    • If your return is accepted, the amount of the shoes will be credited to your original payment method. If you have opted for an exchange, you will receive an email with the new order. It can take up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed.

    • If your return is refused for one of the reasons mentioned, you will be informed by e-mail by our customer service within 3 working days. We will send the returned items back at your expense.
    • If you order an item on request, you cannot return this item to us. Why? Because this item was not in our available stock and was personally purchased for you. We thoroughly check every item purchased on request before it is shipped to you.

    TIP: We advise our customers to use a traceable shipping service / shipping insurance when returning an item with a value above € 150 to guarantee the return shipment. Voltairesneakers is not responsible for lost products when customers return products.
